Stuck?
Have a Problem?
Elsa can help.
There are a number of ways to address a problem.
In the course of earning a degree from MIT, working as a consultant in
the technical arena, developing as an artist, and living her everyday
life Elsa has learned a few. More importantly, she's learned to leverage
strengths and skills that help her help people solve problems.
What are these strengths and skills?
- Listening --
Sometimes explaining your situation to someone different helps
dislodge assumptions you might be making and generate insight
about the problem you are facing. Of course, it helps to have
an audience who can understand what you are talking about.
Elsa is quick at coming up to speed with processes, concepts, and
ideas. On top of that, she is a natural listener & knows how to ask
questions that help conversation flow and the breadth of the
problem (and your knowledge) come to light.
- Offering a different perspective --
Elsa offers her own unique perspective, the perspective of a
NEW person looking at your OLD problem, and/or the perspective
of anybody else she's ever been able to empathize with.
- Brainstorming --
Though one can’t guarantee that Elsa can always think out of the
box, it is almost certain that her box will be different than yours.
- Encouraging the Heart --
Elsa strongly believe that each person has value and that it’s her
job to recognize their gifts. If she believes in what you’re doing,
you’ll know it. In fact, you’ll even be able to feel it!
